In my teenage years I started my culinary career grasping culinary techniques at my uncles restaurant in NJ. Then attended Johnson & Wales University, one of the finest culinary schools in the country. Upon graduating in 1999, at the age of 20, I became the executive chef of Ramblewood Country Club in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
With over 20 years of culinary experience, I have worked as executive chef for various companies in NJ such as Olde York Country Club, Paris Dessert & Catering, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where I helped to grow their catering and banquet business. I am currently the food service director at Kennedy Health in Cherry Hill.
In 2008, I started my own catering/personal chef company, where I take an innovative approach in customizing menus to satisfy each and every client. I also market crab cakes, salsa, and sauces at various locations throughout NJ
My newest adventure is that I am proud to be a volunteer member of the DELRAN FIRE DEPARTMENT!
